Service Electrician

We are looking for a Service Electrician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings.

You will be responsible for correcting any issues the customer is experiencing and correct them in a timely and professional manner.

As a Service Electrician, you must be able to work with your hands and power tools. It is important that you have great work ethic and a passion for doing good work.

Duties include:

• House calls
• Commercial calls
• Industrial calls
• Emergency calls
• Small to Medium projects
• Some days answering multiple calls in the same shift
• Must have hand tools
• Power tools and stocked van will be provided
• Keep track of man hours/material lists per job
• Invoicing customers after completion and deliver payments to shop end of shift or week

Attributes:

• Self-motivated
• Presentable and well spoken
• Some customer service experience

Requirements:

• Must have electrical experience (5 years recommended)
• Must have E2 License
• Must have experience with all electrical systems and methods of installation
• Must pass background check
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Must be able to work on a tight schedule and meet deadlines
• This position requires overtime, weekend work, and working with others in a team environment (if wanted, not required)

Salary:  $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
