Project Scope:

Casey Electrical Services (CES) undertook the ground-up new construction of a storage unit complex for Waterford Self Storage. The project included two 3-floor buildings with a combined total of 30,000 square feet, featuring an 800 amp site service to support the entire facility. This project highlights our capability to deliver comprehensive electrical systems for large-scale commercial storage facilities.

Key Installations and Upgrades:

Complete Electrical Systems:

• Full Wiring Installation:  Designed and installed comprehensive wiring systems for both buildings, ensuring efficient and reliable power distribution throughout the 12,000 square feet of Build A and 18,000 square feet of Build B.
• Site 800 Amp Service:  Installed an 800 amp service to provide robust and reliable power to the entire storage complex, accommodating the electrical needs of all units and common areas.

Lighting Solutions:

• Energy-Efficient Lighting: Implemented energy-efficient lighting solutions to enhance visibility and security within storage units and common areas.
• Outdoor Lighting: Installed outdoor lighting to ensure the safety and convenience of clients accessing the facility during night-time hours.

Safety and Compliance:

• Code Compliance: Ensured all electrical installations met current safety codes and regulations, providing a secure environment for the storage complex.
• Fire Safety Systems: Installed advanced fire safety systems, including smoke detectors and alarm panels, to ensure comprehensive protection.
