Casey Electrical Services (CES) executed an extensive fire alarm system revamp for 100 Wells, a 15-floor residential building covering 500,000 square feet. This project involved a complete gut and overhaul of the existing fire alarm system, including the installation of new conduits, smoke alarms in over 500 units, risers for new panels on each floor, and a new main fire alarm system.

Complete System Overhaul:

• Conduit Installation:  Installed new conduits throughout the entire building to support the upgraded fire alarm system, ensuring reliable and efficient connections.
